CHEM 276

 

CHEM 276 CHEM PRINCIPLES II; General Chemistry and Energetics - Majors (2) Two hours of lecture and one hour of discussion per week. Prerequisite: CHEM 247 or CHEM 241/242. Corequisite: CHEM277 Laboratory. Credit will be granted for only one of the following courses: CHEM 113, CHEM 153, CHEM 271 or CHEM 276. An introduction to the physical aspects of chemistry for BCHM and CHEM majors. Chemical kinetics, thermodynamics and electrochemistry in the context of current chemistry research.
