Graduate Program

The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at the University of Maryland offers graduate study and research that leads to Doctoral (PhD) degrees. Most students are directly admitted to the PhD program and receive full financial support. Our department is located in the College of Chemistry & Life Sciences and offers advanced degrees in both Chemistry and Biochemistry.
